This study discusses the problems concerning the position of women on their studies of electrical engineering and in their further professional life. The participation of the feminine gender on faculties of electrical engineering has been analysed and on the basis of several indices their average success on studies compared to the students of the male gender has been evaluated. The status of women - B.S. in electrical engineering - has also been explained and particularly in regard to their position in the native surroundings.
